Tickets for the event "VPBank Presents K-STAR SPARK MEGA CONCERT IN VIETNAM" can only be purchased through the official platforms of Ravolution Asia. Please double-check all information and your email address before proceeding with ticket purchase.
By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms and Conditions set forth by the Organizer (BTC). Before purchasing tickets and attending the event, please follow all Guidelines issued by the Organizer.
Do not purchase tickets from any source other than the official platforms announced by the Organizer, to avoid counterfeit or fraudulent tickets. The Organizer and ticketing provider shall not be held responsible and reserve the right to refuse handling any cases related to such tickets.
The use or distribution of tickets for advertising purposes without prior consent from the Organizer is strictly prohibited.
ALL TICKET HOLDERS must present a valid ticket for verification before entering the event venue.
Attendees must prepare identification documents or images of such documents for verification in case requested by the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to adjust the event time and layout without prior notice.
By attending the event, attendees agree to allow the Organizer to use their image for the purpose of event documentation and archival.
In all cases, the Organizer’s decision is final.

A TICKET BUYER is any individual purchasing tickets under these Terms & Conditions. A TICKET HOLDER is someone who owns/controls the ticket to enter the event on the event day.
CAT 1 STANDING zone: strictly for individuals aged 18 and above.
Other zones: open to individuals aged 14 and above (under 18 must be accompanied at all times by an adult over 18 throughout the event duration).
For attendees under 18 with a chaperone: One adult (18+) may only accompany one attendee under 18.
Pregnant women under 35 weeks (up to 34 weeks and 6 days, with valid medical confirmation) may only purchase tickets in the Seating zones on the stands.
People with disabilities (wheelchair users) may only purchase tickets in the Seating zones (as per designated seating categories) on the stands.
Audience members should pay special attention to their health when attending the event, especially pregnant women, the elderly, or those with heart conditions or high blood pressure.

Each account may purchase up to six (06) tickets (across all zones) per transaction. Customers can rejoin the queue to place a new order.
Purchased tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE, NON-EDITABLE, and NON-EXCHANGEABLE under any circumstances.
Each ticket is valid for one (01) person for one (01) time entry to the event venue.
Customers are responsible for safeguarding their e-ticket information. The Organizer will not resolve any cases where more than one (01) person attempts to check-in using the same ticket code. Only the first person to check in with the valid code will be granted access to the event.
